Sign up, enable 2FA and start verification. Choose “Legal Entity” — the platform will take you to the knowledge base with the full document checklist and sample forms. Send the completed document package to compliance@yxxy.com — once the review is complete, you will get access to all platform tools.

Both operations live in Wallet → Spot Account.
Deposit: pick a coin and network, then send funds to the address provided — they are credited after network confirmations.
Withdraw: enter the address and amount, then confirm with a 2FA code — the fee and total are shown before sending. -
Fees and limits for crypto and fiat operations are displayed upfront — when creating a deposit and before confirming a withdrawal. Fee rates depend on your account level, calculated from your trading volume over the last 30 days: the higher the level, the lower the fees and the wider the limits.

Sign-in, withdrawals and password changes require two-factor authentication, and once you set up an anti-phishing code, every official e-mail from the platform will carry it. Please keep in mind: platform staff will never ask you for your password or account access codes.
